Mac Hornecker

Mac Hornecker, currently residing in Arkansas, holds degrees from universities in both Oklahoma and Kansas. He has spent more than twenty years teaching art in universities and collage all over the South. Hornecker enjoys making sculpture of an environmental scale often designed for specific sites. He often considers topography and elements such as rocks, trees, and architecture before designing a piece. He also produces smaller pieces in addition to his larger artwork. His artwork can be seen in over thirty public collections including the Oklahoma Art Center, South Dakota Memorial Art Center, and the Sioux City Art Center.
