Bill Gingles was born in 1958.  He grew up in Main, South Carolina and Louisiana.  He received his B.A. in Fine Art with an emphasis in painting in 1979 from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA.  Gingles has had numerous solo and group shows in various parts of the United States and his work is in museum, corporate and private collections.
